THE SERIES-DZJ VIBRATORY HAMMER WITH ADJUSTABLE ECCENTRIC MOMENT

  

  The DZJ-series vibratory hammer with adjustable eccentric moment is jointly developed by the Construction Machinery Comprehensive Research Institute and our company. At present, it is one of most advanced vibratory hammers in the whole world. Qualified by the Construction Ministry in 1998, the DZJ-series products also won the first prize for Scientific and Technical Progress in Construction Machinery in 1999. 

  The DZJ-series hydraulically controls the eccentric moment, which allows the vibratory hammer to be infinitely adjustable, from "0" to the set maximum during starting, stopping and running.

  The vibratory hammer makes use of an infinitely adjustable eccentric moment, offering these advantages:
  1. The hammer starts when the moment is zero, which effectively reduces the current’s impact on the electricity grid.
  2. It starts and stops when the moment is zero, so it can completely avoid resonance for safe and reliable operation.
  3. When driving and drawing piles, it can adapt to the soil-change by changing amplitudes for high operation speeds and effects.
  4. The hammer can be started and stopped when the moment is zero, so the pile alignment is easy and corrects without drift.

  The DZJ-series vibratory hammer can be equipped with standard pile-head or steel-pipe chuck according to the customers' requirements.

  The DZJ-series are ideal construction machinery, with really impressive force, easy operation and low noise. It can meet the requirements of driving piles into different soils. Its advantages are obvious when large hammers are used to drive steel-pipe pile with a large diameter.
