Along with the large-scale construction of bridges, highways, docks etc., large-scale construction equipment is in need. The limited power of the single vibratory hammer fails to drive a pipe pile with large diameter (at present, the diameter of the pipe pile is over 10 meters). Newer materials that provide equipment which allows several hammers to work simultaneously, has been adopted abroad. However, such equipment has not been developed in China. Instead, we rely on the expertise of other companies to produce these parts which we then import and intergrate into the construction of large-diameter pipe piles.
In order to meet the requirements of our country, our company has developed this new equipment through cooperation with Beijing Construction and Machinery Academy. The eccentric moment of the vibratory hammer adopted abroad cannot be adjusted. Our DZJ series vibratory hammer features infinitely adjustable eccentric moment, which assures stable operation. When the machine starts and stops, the eccentric moment is zero. In this way, there is no resonance, which guarantees safe construction.
In addition, the eccentric moment of part vibratory hammers can be adjusted according to the soil conditions, which allows the pile pipe in vertical and stable work condition. In this respect, the foreign vibratory hammers cannot compare with ours.
More importantly, the price of our equipment is only 2/3 that of the imported alternative. Therefore, we believe our products will replace the less versatile imported alternatives after successful tests, which will bring more economic and social benefits.
